  1. Good show. Seems to me that Problem Solving can be an every day occurrence in some fashion. If it can’t be solved by you, or with a trusted friend, or family member, it should go to a trained therapist. Some problems you can walk away from and return to, and for others, you can sleep on it and an answer comes, both good alternative helps but not always effective nor long lasting. That is where the insight and knowledge of a therapist can help the most. We cannot always see what they see, so we have limits.
