In this episode, we welcome back fellow therapist Kasie Morgan to discuss the effects hormones might be having on your mental health.  They start by covering what hormones are and that there are hundreds in our body. Because of this, those in the medical field are starting to see that the hormones not only affect the person’s body, but also their mental health.

  1. Very informative show. Being a controlled with medication Hyperthyroid person, I can relate to the power of hormones, and even a slight fluctuation in levels is obvious to me and to others. Thank goodness my med works! I look forward to more shows with Kasey in the co-host seat. Great job, Chris and Kasey! I learned a lot.

  2. This was a very fun show on a topic that not a lot of folks are talking about. I believe this is because we do not have a great amount of knowledge on hormone functioning especially related specifically to Mental Health. I am glad you found it informative because I can say I believe Hormones are the next bastion of research on Mental Health that is very much needed!
